[Italic->] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled [<-Italic] , That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Department of Transportation and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1998, and for other purposes, namely: * * * * * SEC. 324. Notwithstanding 31 U.S.C. 3302, funds received by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics from the sale of data products, for necessary expenses incurred pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 111 may be credited to the Federal-aid highways account for the purpose of reimbursing the Bureau for such expenses: [Italic->] Provided [<-Italic] , That such funds shall not be subject to the obligation limitation for Federal-aid highways and highway safety construction. * * * * *
