Successful Space Launches, By Launch Site Country (three-month moving average,
not seasonally adjusted)
Successful space launches include all military, commercial, and government
launches that deliver a payload to the proper orbit and location.
NOTE: The three-month moving average is the average number of successful launches
for the most recent month and two preceding months. Launches per month have been
adjusted for a 30-day month. The actual number of launches during a month is multiplied
by the ratio of 30 to the number of days in that month to yield the adjusted number
of launches for that month.
