was prepared, final 2002 supplemental data were still forthcoming. For
information on coverage of preliminary supplemental estimates, see table 1-13 in appendix B.
To eliminate the effects of inflation over time, the
Bureau of Transportation Statistics converted current dollars to chained 2000
dollars.
