Arlington County, VA has the highest share of WFH workers at 35.8% among counties or county equivalents, while the state with the highest share of WFH workers is Colorado at 21.2%. Counties intersecting or adjacent to large metropolitan areas dominate the highest share of WFH workers, with many being in states with a low total share of WFH workers.
