  • Port Facilities Group – performed on-site dock surveys and produced a Port Facilities publication (Blue Book)
  • Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center collected data on commercial vessel moves and maintained a list of docks known as the Master Docks file that were used as the origin/destination of the vessel moves
