These air carriers operate aircraft with more than 60 seats or a payload capacity of more than 18,000 pounds. Data for commuter, intrastate, and foreign-flag air carriers are not included. Data differ from those in table 1-8 which include enplaned passengers on air carriers of all types, including foreign-flag carriers.
