1 State fiscal years ending in 2007.

2 Highway Revenues include state and local government receipts from motor fuel taxes, motor vehicle license taxes, motor vehicle operator license taxes, regular and toll highway charges, and receipts from parking facilities.

KEY: Z = Data not available, no activity, value of zero, or value too small to report.

NOTES: Data are for Fiscal Year 2007. This fiscal year for most states runs from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007. Fiscal Year 2007 for Alabama, the District of Columbia, and Michigan runs from October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007. Fiscal Year 2007 for Texas runs from September 1, 2006 to August 31, 2007. The fiscal year for New York runs from April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007.

Any agency that does not have a fiscal year that coincides with that of the state has the entirety of its revenues count toward the state fiscal year within which the agency's fiscal year ends. For example, if an airport authority's fiscal year ends November 30, 2006, the data would be reported for the state fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, and not the state fiscal year ending June 30, 2006.
