NOTES: A minor injury is one in which the victim was treated and released. A serious
injury is one in which the victim was either hospitalized or treated and transferred to another
facility, dead on arrival, or died in the emergency room. A pedalcyclist is a person on a vehicle
that is powered solely by pedals.
Injuries for which age was unknown or not recorded in the original data are not
included. See corresponding tables for further details.
