Air passenger includes aircraft and operating costs, plus domestic and international air passenger federal excise taxes. Rail passenger includes federal operating subsidies and capital grants for Amtrak and the Northeast Corridor. Water passenger includes international. Air freight includes domestic and international. Other includes shipping, recieving, and traffic clerks.
