NOTES: Drove alone includes people who usually drove alone to work as well as people who were driven to work by someone who then drove back home or to a non-work destination. Public transportation refers to bus, streetcar, subway, railroad, and elevated trains for 2000. Other include ferryboats, surface trains, and van service and other means not classified for years 2000.
