A line graph showing the average truck speed in miles per hour (MPH) at bottleneck locations from January 2019 to December 2023. The slowest speeds were recorded in 2019, and the fastest speeds were recorded in 2020, with a high of 50 MPH in April. For 2021, 2022, and 2023, the fastest speeds were recorded in the earlier months of those years.
