WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) today released its December 2018 Air Travel Consumer Report (ATCR) on marketing and reporting air carrier data compiled for the month of October 2018. .S. scheduled passenger airlines employed 2.5 percent more workers in October 2018 than in October 2017:
U.S. airlines’ carried an estimated 74.1 million systemwide (domestic and international) scheduled service passengers, seasonally-adjusted, in November 2018, virtually unchanged from the October estimate, according to a Bureau of Transportation Statistics’ (BTS) first estimate.
