Origin-Destination 40 Percent Survey of Airline Passenger Traffic

On January 19, 2021, DOT issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to improve the collection of aviation traffic data in the Origin-Destination Survey of Airline Passenger Traffic (O&D).  The Updates to the Origin-Destination Survey of Airline Passengers Final Rule published in the Federal Register on January 31, 2023.
