The Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) today released its monthly update to National Transportation Statistics (NTS), a guide to historical national-level transportation trends.

This month’s updated data tables include Number of Stations Served by Amtrak and Rail Transit, U.S.-Canadian Border Land and U.S.-Mexican Border -- Land-Passenger Gateways: Entering the United States, Transportation Fatalities and injuries by Mode, Estimated U.S. Average Vehicle Emissions Rates per Vehicle by Vehicle Type Using Gasoline and Diesel, Waterborne Transportation Safety Data, U.S. Gross Domestic Product Attributed to Transportation Functions, Average Freight Revenue per Ton-Mile, U.S. Government Energy Consumption by Agency, Average Fuel Efficiency of U.S. Light Duty Vehicles, Estimated Average Vehicle Emissions Rates per Vehicle by Vehicle Type, Petroleum Oil Spills Impacting Navigable U.S. Waters, and Oil Pipeline Profile.
